Toddlers at the beach are so much fun, running to the water, hoping to splash and paddle in the waves as soon as they arrive. This little lad wanted to get into the water to play in the waves and catch the seagulls. It was an early summer day, when the air was warm yet the water was still a little chilly. His Mama was definitely not in a rush to take a dip, but he was ready: floaties on his arms, protected from the sun with his hat, seagulls and waves in his sight, ready to swim.
